We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will happily accept your return within fourteen (14) days subject to the following conditions.

How to Return

Follow the prompts with the return reason and resolution request (refund, credit note or exchange).

Once your returns request has been approved, you will receive a RMA# (return authorisation) with instructions to send back the item/s.
- Once your item has been received and processed by our team you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

Refunds
Your refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size only, subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange for a different item, a credit note will be issued for you to place a new order.
Store Credit
Store credits are issued via email in the form of a Gift Card and are valid for three (3) years from date of validation. If you need to return an item purchased with a gift card, the return value will be issued back to your original gift card used to make the purchase.
Gift with Purchase
If you are returning an order placed with Gift with Purchase, the Gift must be returned with your order for a full refund. If you have decided to keep the Gift, the value of the Gift will be deducted from your refund total.
Faulty Items
If you've received a faulty item, please follow the steps on our return’s portal and upload images and comments showing the defect/fault. Our team will be in touch within 3 business days.
